In line with Amega Global’s commitment to achieve 100% customer satisfaction, we are pleased to announce, with immediate effect (1st July 2007), Amega Global’s new Product Exchange and Lifetime Warranty

Exchange Policy
With immediate effect, any customer who has purchased an Amega Global product and experienced a defect on that product ( example: magnets/fir capsules drop off & clasp problems) within the first 30 days upon activation, is now able to exchange the defected item for a similar product or product of the same value.

Terms & Conditions
-Customers are required to fill up a product exchange form & submit the form together with the product at any of the Amega Global Offices or its subsidiaries.
-Ensure the BA’s activation is within 30 days at time of submission.
-Product exchanged and product used to activate the particular BA must be the same.
-No immediate exchanges entertained.
-Subject to Management approval.
-Upon approval for exchange, Amega Global will send a message via the messenger and customers can self-collect the product at our offices. Customers opting for home delivery can request the service via the messenger upon Amega Global’s receipt of exchange form and product where by local courier charges will be duly charged which is commission deductible. Affiliates are to ensure that sufficient funds are available in their account.

Extended Product Warranty
With immediate effect, customers can exchange their products for new bracelets by making a payment of USD25 for combi products, USD35 for magnetic to combi products and USD50 for bracelet to necklace all commission deductable at any Amega Global’s office or its subsidiaries by filling up the Product Exchange form over the counter.

This is a No-Questions asked policy and is valid once over a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase/activation of Business Center.
